I got a hotmail account how can I get in?
It seems that you only can get to Orkut with a Gmail account, is this true?
You need a GOOGLE account, not a Gmail account. They are two different things.
You can use your hotmail account to create a Google Account here:

Reply:Orkut wants you to have a gmail account. But, then, a gmail account isn't all that hard to get. So, go for it. (Of course, in my experience, I'm not sure, unless you really dig in hard and spend heavy time day after day, hour after hour, that Orkut is worthwhile...it's kind of disconnected and underorganized.)
