How do you delete your Gmail email account?

I have other Gmail's but I never use one of em so...
How do you delete your Gmail email account?

# Sign in to your Gmail account.


# Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.


# Click Accounts in the Settings menu bar.


# Click Google Account settings.


# Click the Edit link next to 'My products.'


# Click Delete Gmail Service and fill in the required fields

If you decide that you don't need your Gmail address anymore, and you're sure you won't want your username in the future, you can simply remove Gmail from your Google Account. Here's how:





1. Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page, and open the Accounts tab.


2. Click Google Account settings.


3. Click Edit next to My products on the right side.


4. Click Delete Gmail Service.





Once you delete your Gmail address, you can't reactivate it, and you won't be able to retrieve any messages.
