How do i use out lookexpress to down load only my inbox from my gmail account?

i have gmail account. but when i use outlook express or my mobile to down load my mail, its down loading all sent and inbox mail together in the inbox. i want only new incoming mail to be down loaded. how do i do that.

the above steps configured in your outlook , you will get correct results.
